Service-Based Business — No Physical Returns As a provider of professional detailing services, we do not sell physical goods that can be returned. All sales are for services rendered.

Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A complimentary re-service to address the specific area of concern
  • A partial credit toward a future service
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already completed and accepted at the time of service
  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing vehicle conditions (scratches, paint defects, stains, odors) that were disclosed or visible prior to service
  • Add-on services that were performed as requested
